Sign Inspire (“Sign Inspire”, “we”, “us” or “our”) provides cloud-based digital signage software and related services available at signinspire.com.au and app.signinspire.com.au (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect your personal information, and how we comply with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

- Account information — name, business name, email address, phone number and login credentials you provide when you register or contact us.
- Billing information — subscription plan, billing address and transaction records. Card payments are processed by our third-party payment providers; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Content you upload — images, video, text and playlists you add to your digital signage displays.
- Device & usage data — screen/player identifiers, IP address, browser and operating system, log files, and how you interact with the Service.

2. How we use your information
- To provide, operate, maintain and improve the Service;
- To create and manage your account and authenticate your displays;
- To process payments and manage your subscription;

- To detect, prevent and address technical issues, fraud or misuse;
